What to expect from Cherished Images – Your Questions Answered
General photography Questions
How many photos will we receive?
On average, you’ll receive 400-600 beautifully edited images, depending on the length of coverage and the flow of your day.
Do you edit all the photos?
Absolutely! Every photo you receive is professionally edited to enhance its quality and beauty. This includes adjustments to color, lighting, and overall balance to ensure your gallery looks stunning and cohesive.
Are you available on our wedding date?
Let’s find out! Reach out with your date, and I’ll confirm my availability as soon as possible.
Do you offer engagement sessions?
Yes, I do! Engagement sessions are a wonderful way to get comfortable in front of the camera and capture photos you can use for save-the-dates, invitations, or just as a keepsake.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, I ask for a £100 deposit to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 28 days before the wedding.
The wedding day
Will you be the one photographing our wedding?
Yes! When you book with me, I’ll be the one capturing your special day. If a second photographer is needed, I work with trusted professionals who share my vision.
Do you photograph other parts of the day, like getting ready?
Absolutely! My coverage is tailored to your needs, and I love documenting the full story of your day, from the excitement of getting ready to the fun on the dance floor.
How do you handle challenging lighting or weather conditions?
I’m experienced in working with all kinds of lighting, from dark venues to outdoor ceremonies. I also come prepared with professional equipment to handle unexpected challenges, including rain!
What happens if you’re unwell or unable to attend?
In the unlikely event I can’t attend, I have a network of professional photographers I trust who can step in. You’ll still receive the same level of quality and care.
Do you work with a second photographer or assistant?
A second photographer is available as an add-on and can be a great option for larger weddings or if you’d like coverage of multiple locations at once.
